Bedrooms

Remove cobwebs
All furniture dusted, (all items lifted)
Mirrors washed, cleaned and dried.
Window sills wiped.
Fingerprints washed from doorframes and switch plates.
Vacuum under the bed if accessible.
Trash emptied.
Lamp shades vacuumed.
Baseboards dusted.
Carpets vacuumed, floor dusted.
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.
Areas with more then five items will be dusted around.

Bathrooms

Remove cobwebs.
Fingerprints washed from all doorframes and switch plates.
Picture frames dusted.
Tub thoroughly cleaned.
Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining.
Sinks scrubbed and left shining.
Toilets scrubbed inside and out.
Vanity top cleaned. (all items lifted and replaced)
Mirrors washed, cleaned and dried.
Sills wiped down.
Trash emptied.
Baseboards dusted.
Vacuum and/or wash floor.
Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy.

Kitchen

Remove cobwebs.
Countertops, backsplash cleaned. (all items lifted and replaced)
Cabinet fronts spot washed.
Sinks scrubbed. (including behind sink)
Outside of oven, refrigerator cleaned. (inside upon request)
Microwave. (Inside And Out)
Sills wiped down.
Fingerprints washed from doorframes and switch plates.
Baseboards dusted.
Floor wet mopped.

All Other Living Areas

All furniture dusted. (all items lifted and replaced)

Maids are available individually and or as a team of two on an hourly basis (see pricing). We accept cash, check and/or credit card payments via PayPal. Payment is due at the time of service request. Customers who enroll in our signature weekly or continuous cleaning services are eligible for discounts.
